How To Improve Vertical Jump
Almost all the athletes need to have the power to jump higher. In order for a basketball player to be called an excellent player, he must learn to jump high first. The same goes with football and volleyball players.
As you noticed, almost all of the sports involve jumping so every athlete must posses this special ability.
But the sad thing is, not all of us are born with this skill. Some are lucky enough to have this but some still need to undergo a lot of training and exercises just to be good at this.

Others usually go to the gym to do this but then there is no need for you to go there and waste money when you can do all these things at home. Some of these exercises are jumping rope, toe raises, and the squats.
Jumping rope is of course done with the help of the rope. This is not merely jumping over and over again. Here, you must learn to land with your toes and jump quickly. You might think that this is easy?
Well, you thought wrong because this is going to be so hard especially in the beginning but then I am sure that you will get used to it.
Toe raises is one of the simples and easiest exercise that can be done for you to improve your jumping skills. You must stand straight, then push your heels up and try to stand on your toes.
Try to be on that position for a few seconds, and then go back to your first position which is the standing position. Do it over and over again. This will give strength on your calf.
Squats are said to be the most effective exercise when it comes to improving the jumping ability. Squats will certainly help the muscles to grow.
This can be done in many ways. Bending is just one of the examples. Don’t forget to do these things repeatedly and soon you will be amazed on how much you have improved.
